Terms of Use

 

REFUNDS:  We have reserved the equipment to be delivered to your vacation destination.  Cancellations 10 days prior to your check-in date will receive a full refund. Within 10 days of your arrival, cancellations are subject to a refund, less a $10 administrative fee.   After day of arrival we will not offer any refunds, only exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, if you prefer we will issue an In- store credit voucher  good towards future purchases with Moneysworth. 

 

 YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:  Please take the time to verify the property Management Company, unit id, and house name, as well as the check-in and check-out dates to be accurate.   We base our delivery routes on this information but do not confirm the information with your property manager.  Please contact us if there is a discrepancy, mail@mworth.com or Outer Banks, 800-833-5233, Virginia Beach 1-800-622-2122.

 

 PAYMENT:  All advanced orders must be paid in full prior to check-in.  No orders will be delivered if there is an unpaid balance and availability of equipment will not be guaranteed.

 

 LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS:  All equipment is used at lessee’s risk.  We exercise precaution in keeping our equipment in good condition.  Lessee assumes all responsibility for equipment while out of possession of lessor.  All equipment lost or damaged beyond repair will be paid for by lessee.  Please contact our office ASAP if you have any equipment that is not in satisfactory condition or needs replaced during your stay.  We will be glad to make exchanges for items.

 

 CLEANING FEE:  Please leave all items clean, except linens, prior to your departure.   A $10 cleaning fee will be applied for items left unclean.

 

 DELIVERY AND PICK UP:  We offer FREE delivery and pick up service on all of our weekly rental items with no minimum order amount.   Please allow our drivers ample time to complete their deliveries on your check-in day.  We strive to have all of our advanced deliveries completed by 6:30 PM, but due to unforeseen circumstances some deliveries occur after 6:30 PM.  Please call our office if you have not received your items by 6:30 PM on our check-in date.   We do NOT offer refunds for items delivered after 6:30 PM.
